The circle has always been an important symbol to ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ Native people. In a suicide
intervention research study conducted by the Center for ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ Native Health Research
in the Yukon Kuskokwim delta, the idea of the circle has come up again in the form
of the qasgiq, or the men’s house.
