BIO
Addie Norgaard joined ACEP in 2024 as an ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ Sea Grant state fellow and worked on marine energy curriculum development and a community-led river energy project in Galena. In 2025, she continued with ACEP, supporting technical assistance efforts and contributing to research projects.
She holds a B.S. in chemistry from California Polytechnic State University and an M.S. in oceanography from the University of ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ Fairbanks, where she studied marine carbon dioxide dynamics in the Gulf of ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ.
Norgaard enjoys spending time outdoors on foot, ski or on the water. She loves live music performances, volunteering locally and crafting.
