Speaker: Gene Therriault, Deputy Director of Energy Policy, ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ Energy Authority
Gene Therriault, Deputy Director of Energy Policy will discuss several ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ Energy Authority’s (AEA)-led projects that will have direct impact on stable and affordable energy for the Interior such as the Interior Energy Project, Susitna-Watana Hydro, and the necessary upgrades to the ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ Intertie. Gene will discuss AEA’s most recent work and the results ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æns can expect to see in the coming years.
The ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ Energy Authority is a Department within the State of ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ. AEA’s mission is to reduce the cost of energy in ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ.
