ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ National Lab Day — Communicating for Collaborating
Over 200 people from the Department of Energy's national laboratory system and headquarters, the University of ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ, elected offices, and ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ's utilities and industries met in Fairbanks May 30-31.
UAF hosted the event in the new Engineering Learning and Innovation Facility. It included a laboratory open house and poster displays on West Ridge, and three local tours.
The program featured a series of plenary panel discussions on May 30 and six topically focused breakout sessions on May 31. A closeout session highlighted many new initiatives for working together to pursue energy technologies and applications relevant to ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ, the U.S. and the world. Copies of the presentations and recordings of the May 30 discussions will be available via the program .
