    The University of ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ Board of Regents this spring approved a request to name the UAF Community and Technical College building in downtown Fairbanks for CTC Dean Emeritus Michele Stalder. The naming was announced during a June 13 celebration of life for Stalder, who died in February after a lengthy cancer battle.

    The University of ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ Fairbanks' Community and Technical College has been awarded a $4.3 million federal Title III grant from the U.S. Department of Education. The five-year grant will be used to enhance academic programs, student services and partnerships with industry to improve access and success for ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ Native students.

  • UAF Community and Technical College to host summer graduation ceremony

    August 15, 2024

    The UAF Community and Technical College will host a special graduation ceremony to celebrate the achievements of students completing degrees and certificates through the Summer Fire Academy and other programs, including aviation. The ceremony is set for 1 to 3 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16, at Davis Concert Hall on UAF's Troth Yeddha' Campus.
