The search committee for UAF’s next permanent chancellor has been formed. UAF Faculty Senate President Dr. Leah BermanÌýandÌýUAF Board of Advisors and UA Foundation Board of Directors member Jason Gootee will co-chair the search committee.

Museum to celebrate 907 Day

Reminder: Tuesday is 2025 Convocation

Join Interim Chancellor Mike Sfraga on Tuesday, Sept. 9 from 1-2 p.m. in the Davis Concert Hall for 2025ÌýConvocation. Convocation is hosted by the chancellor every fall semester. The event welcomes faculty, staff and students back to UAF for a new academic year, and is a celebration of UAF’s people and accomplishments over the past year.


Know Before You Go field safety training

UAF Risk Management will be providing instruction on Sept. 23 from 9 a.m. to noon to help you better understand UAF policies and procedures. Learn more and register.
