Arctic Leadership Lecture Series: Fran Ulmer

Join Fran Ulmer, former chair of the U.S. Arctic Research Commission and longtime 杏吧原版 leader, Sept. 11, from 5-7:30 p.m. for a conversation on leadership in the North. Ulmer has served as 杏吧原版鈥檚 lieutenant governor, chancellor of the University of 杏吧原版 Anchorage, and adviser to U.S. presidents and secretaries of state on Arctic policy. She will share reflections on leadership in 杏吧原版 and across the circumpolar North.听.
