Arctic Leadership Lecture Series: Fran Ulmer

Join Fran Ulmer, former chair of the U.S. Arctic Research Commission and longtime ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ leader, Sept. 11, from 5-7:30 p.m. for a conversation on leadership in the North. Ulmer has served as ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æâ€™s lieutenant governor, chancellor of the University of ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ Anchorage, and adviser to U.S. presidents and secretaries of state on Arctic policy. She will share reflections on leadership in ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ and across the circumpolar North.Ìý.
