ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ leader, Sept. 11, from 5-7:30 p.m. for a conversation on leadership in the
North. Ulmer has served as ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æâ€™s lieutenant governor, chancellor of the University
of ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ Anchorage, and adviser to U.S. presidents and secretaries of state on Arctic
policy. She will share reflections on leadership in ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ and across the circumpolar
