Dear UAF students, faculty and staff,
I was saddened today to learn of the death of one of our students, Daniel Miller.
Daniel was a new member of our community who joined us this fall as a junior in the
accounting program at the College of Business and Security Management. Daniel had
returned to his studies after some time away and transferred to UAF from UAA. We extend
our deepest sympathies to his family and friends, as well as to everyone at UAF who
knew him.
We know this news will be difficult to hear. If you or someone you know is struggling
with this loss, please don’t struggle alone. Help is available.
