Dear UAF faculty, staff and students,

I was saddened to hear of the passing of Patti Picha this weekend. Patti joined UAF in 2002. She spent more than a decade at Career Services, retiring as the director in 2014. The following year, she joined the UAF Community and Technical College, where her work focused on student advising and outreach.

I had the pleasure of working with Patti during her time at Career Services. She was wonderfully supportive to students and engaged in the UAF community on so many levels. ±Ê²¹³Ù³Ù¾±â€™s career in higher education spanned nearly four decades.
