Peratrovich's legacy celebrated Saturday

UAF Natives For Positive Change, a student organization, will celebrate the legacy
of ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ Native civil rights leader Elizabeth Wanamaker Peratrovich on Saturday,
Feb. 15.
The public is invited to the event, which will be held at the Hess Recreation Center
in the Moore-Bartlett-Skarland residence hall complex from 4 to 6 p.m.
The event will honor other Native women community leaders and is dedicated to Bernice
Joseph and Katie John, both of whom passed away during the past year.
