ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ's Land and Sea Lecture Series: Building with Hardwood Logs June 12

Valerie Barber will give a free lecture on how ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ hardwoods, aspen and cottonwood, provide excellent logs for full-scribe cabin building at 7 p.m., Tuesday, June 12 in 201 O'Neill as part of ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æâ€™s Land and Sea Lecture Series.

Barber directs the UAF-Forest Products Program for UAF- and is a forestry/climate change specialist with Service. She organizes log cabin building and other workshops with an emphasis on using ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æâ€™s natural resources.

ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æâ€™s Land and Sea Lecture Series will be held every Tuesday evening June 5 – August 14 (no lecture on July 3) at 7 p.m. in 201 O’Neill.
