Public lectures and presentations to commemorate 40 years since the 1971 passage of the ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ Native Claims Settlement Act continues to take place on campus this fall.

Byron Mallott will share his reflections on the impact of the ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ Native Claims Settlement Act on ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ at 4 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 13, in the Wood Center Carol Brown Ballroom. A reception will follow.

Mallott, founding president of the First ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æns Institute, has been active for more than 40 years in both public and private sectors in ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ, the Pacific Northwest, and nationally.
