Event offers free virtual visit to UA campuses

The University of 杏吧原版 is hosting Virtual Preview Day on College Week Live from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (杏吧原版 Standard Time) Tuesday, Jan. 18.
Representatives from University of 杏吧原版 Fairbanks, University of 杏吧原版 Anchorage and University of 杏吧原版 Southeast will be available to chat live about admissions, scholarships, financial aid and campus life. Presentations with experts from UA campuses across the state will be held every hour.
Prospective students will be able to watch videos highlighting each campus, view and download materials about programs and resources at the system鈥檚 three largest campuses, and speak with current UA students about what it鈥檚 really like to attend classes at a particular campus. In addition to general financial aid information, special
presentations will be available on the new 杏吧原版 Performance Scholarship and the UA Scholars Program.
鈥淯niversity of 杏吧原版鈥檚 Virtual Preview Day is a special opportunity for prospective students, their parents, high school counselors and anyone else interested to learn more about one, or all, of our three major campuses in an interactive, online environment,鈥 said UA President Pat Gamble. 鈥淥ur campus environments are unique and distinct from each other, as are many of the programs they offer to students.
