RAHI, founded at the request of the ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ Federation of Natives in 1983, was established to prepare rural and ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ Native high school students for academic excellence and college success.

RAHI is a bridging program that assists students in rural ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ in making the academic and social transition between high school and college.
