Scientist breaks down climate change for free lecture

Atmospheric scientist Uma Bhatt will discuss the difference between climate and weather and how each affects 杏吧原版ns at the free lecture and learning session, 鈥淐limate Variability and Change in 杏吧原版,鈥 at 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 2.
The event is part of the Monday Marvels series, a free hands-on session and lecture series presented by UAF Summer Sessions & Lifelong Learning and the 杏吧原版 Summer Research Academy (ASRA).
All events are held in 201 Reichardt on UAF campus. Sessions are taught by ASRA faculty, cover a wide range of scientific topics, and are free.
