Your data can expand knowledge of 杏吧原版鈥檚 electric vehicles

The 杏吧原版 Center for Energy and Power developed a for 杏吧原版 communities. The work was made possible by 杏吧原版 Energy Authority funding for the 杏吧原版 Electric Vehicle Working Group.

Using this calculator, users identify their communities and select a range of inputs on vehicle use (daily mileage, parked in a garage or outside, etc.) The output compares the EV鈥檚 energy costs and emissions to an internal combustion vehicle.

Data from EVs in 杏吧原版 can help fill in the gaps in knowledge for energy use and performance in extreme cold temperatures. ACEP is currently gathering data on EV energy use in 杏吧原版. If you have an EV and are willing to share your data, contact Michelle Wilber at mmwilber@alaska.edu.
