Week’s events: Robert Hannon, sleep, �Ӱ�ԭ�� Native language archive, string band

University of �Ӱ�ԭ�� Fairbanks Summer Sessions and Lifelong Learning is hosting more than 40 free lectures, concerts and events this summer. Here’s what’s happening during the final week, Aug. 10-16:

• On Monday, Aug. 10, the Fairbanks Tall Timbers interview series will honor Robert Hannon, public radio journalist. The interview is at 7 p.m. in the BP Design Theater.
• On Tuesday, Aug. 11, the Healthy Living lecture series will host Clay Triplehorn, osteopath, discussing “When Sleep Won’t Come: Old Problem. New Solutions.” The lecture is at 7 p.m. in the BP Design Theater.
• On Wednesday, Aug. 12, the Discover �Ӱ�ԭ�� lecture series will feature John DiCandeloro, �Ӱ�ԭ�� Native Language Archive collections manager, presenting “Using the �Ӱ�ԭ�� Native Language Archive.” The lecture is at 7 p.m. in the BP Design Theater.
• On Thursday, Aug. 13, the Music in the Garden concert series will present Susan Grace at 6 p.m. and the ET Barnette String Band at 7:30 p.m. at UAF’s Georgeson Botanical Garden.

All events are free and open to the public. Parking on the UAF Troth Yeddha’ Campus is free after 5 p.m.
